- AT 63, I'm currently harvesting a number of projects that I've been researching for many years, focused on how we can take charge of our minds and emotions, and choose to focus our attention in directions that boost our mood and success, rather than undermine our lives with negative emotions and fear-based thoughts. With the launching of www.iUplift.com, my new 'Video Treatments' will be available around the world - major help at minimal cost... My work is my life, in the very best sense of those words ... my wife Birgitta and I work together in video production of our new iUplift programs. She is my editor on my fiction projects, and we live together in a most beautiful country island world ... which inspires our video production and also our deeper spiritual experiences. I consider myself a Post-Christian, having evolved beyond most of the religious beliefs, but still very much nurtured by the deeper spiritual aspects of our world culture. I swim in the ocean often, hike every day, just changed my diet to mostly vegan and lost 20 pounds ... my three boys are the light of my life ... life is good!
